1. The controller of your personal data is RSM Poland Audyt Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Poznań, ul. Droga Dębińska 3B, 61-772 Poznań, (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

2. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing the Newsletter service.

3. The provided data is processed pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

4. The access to your personal data may be given to authorised employees and representatives of the Controller.

5. Personal data shall be stored for the duration of the Newsletter service and after you have finished using the Newsletter service, as well, on the basis of your consent, until the withdrawal of consent.

6. You have the right to request access to personal data concerning you, as well as rectification, erasure or restriction of processing from the Controller.

7. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and it shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (and before 25 May 2018, with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection), if you find that the processing of your personal data is in breach of legal regulations.

9. Providing your data is voluntary, yet required to receive the Newsletter service; failure to provide personal data prevents you from receiving the Newsletter service.
